Leaving the US

I decided to keep a blog of my journey in Israel so that my friends can be updated. I think also that it will be a useful tool for strangers reading it but interested in a program in Israel or just about life in the Holy Land.

Over the past years I must say that I have been really blessed in New York City. I have a great girlfriend: Miry, my family has been great, I have made true friends, I have been happy with my studies and my jobs/ internships...this is certainly why I decided to go to CUNY (City University of New York) Baruch which means "blessed" in Hebrew.

As I write this first entry it's a few minutes before Shabat and next week I will really feel Shabat in Jerusalem!

I would just say now that I will really miss you but I hope to see you in Israel soon!
