à propos comes from the French, meaning with respect to. It is used in conversations and builds a bridge between people and sentences.
Apropo is also a delicious snack that I enjoy whenever I am in Israel.
Apropo reminds us of the sad reality of terror in Israel and this blog dedicated to its victims. In 1997, a Palestinian terrorist killed 3 women in the Apropo restaurant. It was Purim and baby Shani Winter was saved by her mother, Anat z"l who lost her life. Shani now serves in the IDF.
